HELP!

I think I have vaginal herpes because there are alot of red sores on my vagina and it burns to pee. I at first thought I had a yeast infection but then I noticed bumbs and now I think it’s herpes as a guy with cold sores went down on me the other night. I don’t know what to tell my mom or if I should say anything but I definitely want to visit the doctor but my mom can’t know I’m sexually active😭 I don’t know what to do, please help I’m 17 and I need advice.
