What is this??

Okay so for the past few days I’ve been really itchy on this spot. It’s kind of on my leg kind of on my crotch. I’ve been thinking dry skin but I’m not sure. No hair has grown on it and it’s been SUPER itchy. It’s kind of rough on the edges of the spot.

After I itch it gets red and won’t stop itching till it hurts. Sorry for the picture 🤢 but I was just wondering if it could be something else? Opinions??
