Weight loss!
I know this maybe be a very random question but ladies I am in need of some serious advice! I’m in my junior/ senior year of college and have gained a good bit of extra weight. With all of the exams and school work I have to do I don’t always have time to go to the gym or eat healthy. Any suggestions as to how I can loose some of this weight to help get my confidence back to where it used to be?
