Tmi but I need advice I’m freaking out

Okay so this thanksgiving week has been hell, I got 5 days off for work and thought oh I’ll enjoy them, well then this pops up. Wednesday my nipple was sore, thought nothing of it and went on about my day, Thursday I woke up and it was sensitive to the touch and it hurt so friggin bad, so I thought wtf I’m not pregnant so what’s going on, Friday I woke up and again sore but this time one side of my nipple was hard I didn’t think much of it just put on a padded bra and the pain wasn’t too bad, Saturday, I went in for a shower and the pain got worse and the hardness of it did too so I checked it and when I did some white stuff started oozing out of a little duct kind of like a cyst, it’s been a little hard since and I’m not sure what to do next, any advice?
