When can other people feel baby kick?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and little baby boy is kicking up a storm in there but my hubby still can’t feel him kick. When did other people feel baby kick for the first time?

Hubby has felt her twice, once at 21 weeks and once at 22 yesterday. She kicks mostly inward so it’s hard to feel on the outside.
