Implantation bleeding?

Hey y’all!

I have a few questions. So I had sex on thanksgiving! However I got off my period the 19th on November! Yesterday ( the 25th) when I went to the restroom i wiped and there was blood like a lightish red color and then like brown and clear discharge in my panties? I’m not sure if it’s implantation bleeding or what. I inserted a tampon and then removed it after seeing a movie and there was brown and clear discharge on it. It’s too soon to take a pregnancy test but I also think its too soon for implantation bleeding? Am I wrong? Do any of you know what this could be? However I didn’t take a photo of it because tmi haha! Help ?! Please :)!
