How many times do you call your OB with a problem before they think you’re nuts?

Just asking for a friend... 😆. 3 unscheduled appointment this pregnancy! Granted, first I tripped down the stairs, second I had a car accident, now I’m pretty sure a uti, or something else going on. Gosh I’m SO lucky! This has got to mean labor will be smooth right? 😨

Those are legitimate reasons to call. Calling all the time asking whether or not it's safe to eat bread will drive them nuts lol

They’re there so you can call them if you think something is wrong!! Don’t feel bad. It’s better to call about something you think may be wrong than wait too long and have issues.

It’s their job to answer any and every question or concern you have (as long as it pertains to pregnancy and female reproductive organs) so there’s no such thing as too many questions. I text my doctor quite often as well & she prefers I ask her before just “toughing it out”

I’ve called when I was bleeding really badly and when I was having a bad headache for a couple days. I felt stupid calling about a headache even though they told me to (monitoring for pre-e). But now I’ve had another consistent headache and don’t feel well and I’m still debating if I should call.

Eh i mean its their job their getting big bucks so eh. I feel like i called the oncall doctors alot my first pregnancy everything would freak me out plus i was high risk and sick due to twins. This pregnancy im 33 weeks and i dont think ive called at all except once because i was bleeding. So maybe dont go crazy but if you are sick or worried thats what they are there for

They would prefer to be called if something happens. Especially something that can affect the baby. Don’t feel bad.
