I'm 8.5 weeks and I'm starting to notice I have a small baby bump. I'm wondering if it's the baby or if I'm just fat. My belly is hard.

It's just a blump (bloated bump) in the first trimester. You won't have a real bump till your uterus moves out from your pubic bone at around 13 weeks.

Well, I struggled with a lot of bloat early on.. 
Looking back at pictures I can see it around 15 weeks and I didn't really notice how big my bump was before 18 weeks-ish..
12-15-18-22 weeks on the pictures.

Didn’t start showing until 23w. Anything less than 12 weeks is bloat

honestly I think it's just bloat until at least 14 weeks. I didnt feel like I had a real bump until about 20 weeks but it didnt pop until like 24 weeks
