Is this normal??

So I am 4 weeks and 3 days, I know we are supposed to feel some ovary pain but is the pain supposed to be sharp? My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and I never felt sharp pains, I only felt like little pricks or pressure, but with this pregnancy last night I was feeling sharp pains on my right side that woke me up. Just want to know if anyone else has felt this? And I do have a drs appointment tomorrow.
