How much do you know about your significant others past relationships?

My husband and I were talking to my best friend about a past girlfriend my husband had. She looked so.....shocked😳 She asked my husband why he talks about exes in front of me like it’s forbidden or something😂 It just got me thinking...I know about all of my husbands exes, most of his sexual experiences with them, things he’s done to women in bed. We’ve always been so open about things. He knows about my past too, although it’s not as adventurous as his😂 But i’m just wondering, are we weird!?!? Is it weird I know all of that stuff. My friend just made it seem like it was taboo to talk about past relationships. We’ve been married for almost 4 years and we have 2 kids together. She says married couples shouldn’t talk about that stuff, especially when you have kids??? Idk🤷🏼‍♀️ What’s y’alls input.

My husband and I know everything like that about each other but we don’t talk about our pasts much on a regular basis. Just because our ex’s are out of the picture and irrelevant lol

I know waaaay too much about my husbands past. He's an open book. While I prefer to keep most of my past closed off, not because I'm hiding anything but most of it doesn't contribute anything to be significant to know in our marriage.. if he asks I don't mind telling but I don't just offer up information

I also know he was engaged twice before to some rich older ladies in Florida, but always ditched the day before the wedding. He was only engaged to them because their dads promised to make sure he’s never “poor” again.
But here we are, living in Texas, he currently makes 80,000 a year, and we live comfortably. This time next year, he’ll be making 160,000 a year. And then even more the year after that.

I’m in the most trusting and communicative relationship I’ve ever been in & we’ve deff talked about our pasts to each other. We pretty much know all of each other’s meaningful relationships, why it didn’t work out, we know how we’re still amicable with some of our exes and have them on social - and we both just accept that those things are in the past and no threat to our relationship. 
Ive never felt that level of trust before my current bf. He’s legit my best friend and I know I could tell him anything that’s on my mind. ❤️

I know about my bf past relationships and he knows about mine but we also were best friends for 6yrs prior to dating. So we literally told each other almost every thing. Sex with those people was a thing we didn’t share much at all which I’m fine with and so is he.

Well we grew up in the same tiny town where everyone knows everyone soooo a lot. I’ve met most of his ex’s at some point in my life and likely knew them for years
