Look for advice for positivity towards my "Period Me"

Every month I feel like I dont like myself on my period, I dont feel as happy or kind and I have a hard time forgiving myself if I mess up.

I'm a really emotional person and feel deeply so it's hard for me to move past my mistakes and feel good about myself.

The rest of the month I am really happy and fun to be around I feel like myself. But I dont know how to feel like myself when it's my time of the month too. Does anyone have any advice for me to be able to move toward more positivity about my period and emotions?
