Unplanned pregnancy maybe?

I had unprotected sex 3 before I was given antibiotics and I’m on birth control. I know antibiotics cancels the effects of birth control but should I worry since I didn’t have sex during the course of antibiotics but it was before I given the antibiotics? My doctor said I should be fine but I want to see if anyone has fallen pregnant this way. I know nothing is 100% and anytime you have sex you can get pregnant. I just want others opinions so please be nice and thank you for your response💕
