Kidney infection and 6week pregnant

Im on my first pregnancy EVER It was accidental and it gave me a UTI which the doctor prescribed antibiotics for. On thanksgiving my kidney started to hurt and i started getting chills. I never got a fever I got admitted to the ER to get antibiotics IV and am now on 500 mg 4x a day of Keflex. Doctor says itstoo soon to see anythng on baby and so does the OBGYN. Anyone go through this during their pregnancy ? ( also I’m on day five on antibiotics and still have some chills 😢)
