Freaking out. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hello guys! I am on tri-sprintec birth control pills so two months ago I completely missed my period.. Took over the counter tests all negative. So I waited for the next period to come and I bled for maybe one day I don't even think it was a full day.. It was definitely light... And took that as a period.. Well this month I am on pill 6 of 7 of the white pills and still no period for this month... Am I paranoid or should I just go get a blood test?

FYI I usually NEVER miss a period. I have been on these for a year and a half. So these past three months have me going crazy.
