HELP LUMP ON PELVIS

So there’s this lump near my pelvic bone, it’s under the skin, not hard but not soft. You can’t see it only feel it, and I think its near my ovary/Fallopian tube. There’s no pain with it but it’s been there for two weeks and only on my right side. There’s also a lot of white sticky discharge and

I generally have irregular periods too and have been ever since I got it, but it could be because I do so much exercise (I’m a dancer). what could it be? I know I should see a doctor but I don’t want my parents to know about it, and i don’t think I can go to a sexual health clinic because I’m a virgin still, and I can’t afford to pay for a doctor.
