Breastfeeding AND Pregnant???

So I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.. I have a 7 month old, exclusively breastfed since birth but I've had a regular period since the month he was born. I had **horrible** morning sickness with my little man for the first 20weeks, and I'm starting to get food aversions and will randomly feel squimish like I'm going to vomit. It's been this way for about a month and a half now.. but I had my period this month and all the months prior. Should I call the Dr and get tested for pregnancy or is it in my head??
