Right side cramps at 14 weeks

I have been having cramps only on the right side in the spot marked on this picture. I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and they mentioned a cyst on the right side from where I had ovulated. Had another scan at 13 weeks and they didn’t mention anything about it again. I’m still having cramps there at 14 weeks. I have had the cramps earlier in this pregnancy but should I be concerned that it’s still happening?
