Found out he has zero sperm count. Is artificial imsemination the way to go?😔

We found out husband has zero sperm count it basically can’t get any worse than that for male fertility.. we talked about it today and he said if there’s no way they can fix him to produce sperm. We can do artificial insem. And pick a donor who looks like him. It makes me sad because he will know it’s not his baby I don’t know If he would feel the same as I will since I know it will be 1/2 mine. I’m very sad we are unsure what is causing his zero count but he literally had no sperm at all in his semen. I’m beyond disappointed we’ve been ttc for 6 months. But he said he would I just don’t know if it’s worth it. I’m sad it can’t be his biological baby if we go through with it.
