Wisdom Teeth Infection?

My left side wisdom tooth are coming in impacted and I know I’m going to remove them but I just haven’t had the time to make an appointment. Yesterday and today the tooth has been bothering me so much! Not because there’s a sharp pain but from discomfort. It feels like my gum covering the tooth has enlarged and when I press down it hurts. Could I possibly have pericondritis ( prob spelled that wrong)? There isn’t a movable flap of gum though it just is really uncomfortable, Lowkey itches/stings, and hurts like a bitch when touched. I look in their mirror and my gum looked like it was caving in a little bit. Send help😩😩
