what pimples?

so i would post a picture for this but its not rlly noticeable anymore but i keep getting these pimples on my chin that dont erupt and have white head like a pimple but just grow a big red bump (imagine a bug bite) and they go away but still leave a hardness under my skin i can feel if i touch it and im realizing this makes no sense and if it does does anyone know what these are because im tired of these red bumps jamming on my chin🤔🤔😩

You were describing all of my acne lol they are so painful I used to pray for my pimple to have whiteheads just o I could pop them because damn they hurt like hell. My advice is to use icy face wash you can get it at a drugstore it’s medicated, and my dermatologist recommends it. You can see a derm like I did and they also prescribed me to creams. A thicker cream for the spots for at night and a  gel for during the day! They work like charms!!! They are Leo huge tubes of cream and with insurance they are like virtually free I haven’t needed a refill in a year that’s how much you get lol
