Blood work question 26 weeks

Hi mamas! Good news I passed my glucose test, yay! But they also took a blood panel and while I’m waiting for the dr to call Later this week, I had a few questions I’m hoping someone can help provide some info and ease my mind. Here’s a pic of the results. My white blood cell count is high, my neutrophils are high and my immature gran is high. I know this could mean infection but as far as I know I’m not sick and don’t have a UTI. Could it just be elevated because I’m pregnant?
