Spotting And Cramping

Has anyone had spotting and cramping during pregnancy and been okay? My apps say I'm 5 weeks 6 days and I've had pink and brown spotting (just when I wipe) off and on for a week now with menstrual type cramps 3-5 times a day.

I went to the ER and they said everything was okay. My HCG is almost 23,000 and they saw a healthy gestational sac and measured me at 6 weeks 2 days. They did however find that my uterus is retroverted. But now I'm just in a waiting game the rest of this week till my follow up to retest HCG and get another ultrasound and the wait is killing me.
