Pregnant with baby number 2

I hurt my back yesterday and it was still hurting this morning, so bad that it was making me tear up. I went to urgent care and when the Dr. asked me when my last menstrual cycle was I told him and he said “could you be pregnant?” So I said yeah its possible, my husband and I have been sort of trying. So I got a urine test and it came out positive! I wasn’t super surprised but kind of surprised still. Then they did a blood test to determine how long. Test came back 2-3 weeks. I think it’s a good time, my son turns 3 next week and now he gets to be a big brother! Surprise! Baby #2 is in the oven, expected in August 2019.
