Negative Test

Okay so I’m on Nexplanon, it has fully stopped my period. My boyfriend and I have sex and we don’t ever use condoms. I normally take two tests a month to make sure I’m not pregnant, but this month it’s different. I took two that both said negative, BUT something feels different about my body. Is it possible that they could be false negatives? I can’t lay on my stomach with out feeling like I’m laying on something, my stomach has gotten a little bit bigger, my breasts have become really tender and sensitive and I’ve been peeing a lot more than I usually do even when I haven’t been drinking water. We’re going to get more tests soon but I feel like I can’t rely on them and I don’t have money to get blood work done. So could I be pregnant? Please no negative comments, I’m well aware that if we didn’t want a child then we should have more protection, we get it.
