First prenatal appointment

Hey ladies just wondering what happened at your first prenatal appointment? What should I expect? Based on my last period I am 11 weeks and 2 days, I’ve already seen my family doctor and I’ve gotten blood drawn weeks ago. Tomorrow is my first appointment with an ob, just wondering if they will even do an ultrasound or if I would get to hear the a heartbeat

I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, just thought I would add that because everywhere is different and doctors do different things lol
