Could I be pregnant, had miscarriage, or bleeding, nausea, and hot due to birth control?

Alright so on November 11th, I lost my virginity. He used a condom. I don't think it ripped, because he didn't mention anything, but I do remember him cleaning himself with a wipe so idk if it did rip? The next day, the 12th, I got my period, which was on track with my period tracker. Period ended on the 16th. On the 19th, I started the pill, but stopped taking on the 25th, because I decided that I did not want to be sexually active after all, so fast forward today and I wake up bleeding and I've been bleeding all day, but in the morning I was feeling really nauseous and my ears and face were really hot. I bought pregnancy tests, but have not done them yet since there's no privacy in my home so want to wait until I'm alone. I feel like I might be pregnant but I got my period the day after? I looked up the symptoms of miscarriage and they are the same. Or could be due to the birth control and if yes, why? Thank you so much.
