I NEED ADVICE AND ANY STORIES OF YOUR EXPERIENCES PLEASE

Listen. I found out on a Saturday I was pregnant by a home test and my period was 2 days late. Then on Tuesday I started to bleed. Not enough to fill a pad but a lot. Went to the doctor he did a pelvic exam and a blood and urine test. Urine came back a FAINT positive. Closed cervix, no tissue on it. Said I’m not miscarrying, but not sure if pregnancy is viable. THEN I got the blood test back on Friday and he didn’t tell me what my number was, just said “You’re not pregnant. Your numbers were LOW.” And I love my doctor, I trust him BUT... he never did another blood or urine test on Friday to see if my numbers went up. Is it possible I didn’t lose the baby? I never had bad cramps. I did lose my pregnancy symptoms just breast tenderness because I was only 4 weeks anyway. But my breasts, now 8 days after the ‘miscarriage’ are getting big again and I didn’t have sex since losing the baby. I’m just sad and confused and holding on to hope.
