subchorionic hemorrhage

I am 16 weeks pregnant and found out from my 12 week ultrasound (seen again on 16 week) that I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. I was told not to worry about that that baby is growing and I haven’t had any bleeding so they just wanna keep an eye on it. I did some research and now I am totally worried! I have a pretty stressful and demanding job (active army) and every time I have a pain or discomfort I wonder if something is going wrong. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this or is experiencing this with me
