What is going on? Long question with lots of pictures

Okay, so I have a very regular cycle, period is never late. Today marks 2 days it’s late, I am 15dpo. I have extreme gas & sore nipples, mild cramps here and there and lots of bowel movement(gurgling) took a test and it was negative, so I had sex tonight. This is my first month off birth control so I have no idea when I ovulated. I got ewcm on November 21st, a week after glow said I was supposed to ovulate (November 13th) so I’m very confused.. ugh has anyone experienced this?

This is very irregular to me. I sucked at taking my pill, I would sometimes miss 2 and bleed like a regular period. I had a 28 day cycle and 2 days before AF I would spot & it always came on the same day..

No colour, nothing.. just lots of this thick white discharge.. no itch or odour.
