Pregnancy diet
It was hard enough to eat 6 servings of whole grain, calcium, broccoli and kale, lean protein and fruit daily when I wasn’t pregnant! Meal prepping again starting this weekend...
Start off great with protein shake, yogurt snack, protein and veggie lunch and healthy snack/fruit but once I get home and it’s dark and I’m tired I usually snack poorly until I go to bed!
