Implantation? Or signs of miscarriage? 😰

So I took a pregnancy test (well 3) on Sunday morning and found out I was pregnant. At that time I was 3 days late for my period. I went to my family doctor to do my pee test on Tuesday (they are old school and it had to be sent to the hospital and I haven’t gotten the results back yet). Last night and through the night I was feeling some discomfort. I don’t really think I’d label it as cramps because it was just an annoying feeling I guess. This morning when I went pee and wiped there was some red blood. This is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure what to look for and I’ve been listening to like 500 podcasts since Sunday and I feel like I may have overloaded myself with information 😓 any experience or info would be greatly appreciated!

I had bleeding at 6 weeks pregnant. Bright red & enough to be on toilet paper & a bit in the toilet. I immediately went into urgent care. Couldn’t find why I was bleeding but baby was healthy. Now I’m 21 weeks! Don’t worry just try to stay positive 😊 You can always go to your nearest urgent care if you feel you need to

It would most likely be signs of a miscarriage rather than implantation because implantation normally happens around 7-12dpo not after a missed period. That being said, I'm not saying it is a miscarriage because there's lots of reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy. I would call your doctor and talk to them about it.

It could also possibly be your body trying to do it's normal thing. My first missed period I was sure I was gonna go to the the bathroom and have started because of how bad I was cramping. The doctor told me it's not uncommon to have a light period the first month. But I would definitely still call.

Update, the bleeding stopped! I tried calling my doctors office but they were closed and we were in the middle of a big snow storm. I’ll be calling tomorrow just to follow up but I think me and baby are okay :) my best friend who had two miscarriages and a healthy baby let me know she bled for a few days around the same time and her obgyn said it was okay. So she kept my spirits up :) thanks for all the input everyone! ❤️

I miscarried twice 
First one no bleeding in the first trimester.
Lost at 19w
Second pregnancy bleed my whole pregnancy, for no none reason healthy baby girl.
Third no bleeding until I miscarried.
