I am confused

Okay so last month my period came on day 27/28 of my cycle. Typically, my cycle comes around day 32... this month I’m probably at day 34/35 and i have no sign of it. I have thick white discharge? I don’t know if that’s normal before your period. My breast have been sore since this past weekend. Is something wrong with me? This isn’t normal it always comes at its time. Or between day 28-33. My bf rubbed his balls on me but that’s it we didn’t put it in? So I’m just scared bc idk where my period is
