Could i be losing my baby??

So I let my dogs out in my fenced in back yard and I went to let them in six minutes later and they were gone idk how nothing was open and it’s a 7foot fence, my boxer is aggressive to other dogs so I immediately hit panic I went out screaming for them and he finally came running back, I’m about 12 weeks pregnant and now I’m the house and calming down my stomach hurts so bad like cramps and being stabbed. I’m at the emergency room right now but they’re taking forever to even see me. I’ve pushed the matter
