TMI! Urethra pain?!?!?!?

So I’m 8 months PP. I skipped my 6 week checkup cause I wasn’t having any trouble or issues and it’s my 2nd baby so I thought I was fine. But the past couple of months I sometimes have this pain( not while I’m urinating) but just sitting down somewhere. I have this pain like there is a literal needle in my pee hole. It hurts super bad and I can’t bend for a while when it happens. I don’t think kidney stones or anything like that cause I never have pain when I pee. I also sometimes have this smell I can’t seem to get rid of like a metallic/ fishy smell. I swear I can smell it through my pants. I haven’t gotten my period back yet. I’ve tried to get into the doctor but they are booked out until next year. Has anyone had anything similar??? Yes I wash properly and change my clothes and panties. No I do not get soap up in my vagina so that’s not it. I don’t douche either. I’m waiting on a return call from the nurse at the doctor. I don’t have any pain during sex. We don’t use protection though. Since my period hasn’t returned yet. Yes I’m still breastfeeding. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
