Don’t mind my boob. Does anyone else’s baby do this as they’re getting to sleep? I don’t know if it’s her uncomfortable from reflux, normal twitching or if it could be a seizure. We have our 4 month apt next week but wonder if I should go sooner

Yes I think it's quite common, all mine did! At 3-4  months old their sleep patterns and stages of sleep start to change (hence the sleep regression) baby can be getting comfortable or going from a light to deep sleep or vise versa and this causes them to jerk, just like we do when we nod off! Only difference is that now they're bodies are changing so they can stay asleep compared to newborn stage when it would wake them up, means they will start sleeping for longer periods too! 🤗

My babe does this, but the other day his body should more like a vibration. My first thought was seizure. Call advice nurse, went to ER. It was benign sleepy myoclonus - not dangerous. You should still talk to your pediatrician and show them the video just to be safe.
