How do you pronounce the s with an “s” on the of the child’s name?

We’re naming our 2nd daughter Raulings Grace but don’t know how you’d say it with a plural like “Raulings’s room” would it be I’m so confused help!

First off, don't trust strangers on the internet for grammar advice! People are so so so very wrong so often.
To make a plural word possessive, you just add an apostrophe, no extra s. Like "the kids' toys."
But a name that ends in s is NOT plural unless you have twins and name them both Raulings, which would probably be a bad idea. So you make it possessive the same way as any other word, by adding 's. Raulings's toys. 
You'll get arguments over whether to pronounce the 's. While there are some hard and fast rules in grammar, there are fewer in pronunciation. And pronunciation conventions tend to vary by region, subculture, class, generation, etc. 
Personally I think it sounds ridiculous when people pronounce it  instead of . The second s carries meaning; we should pronounce it lest the meaning be lost. If you told someone you were bringing  they would assume her name was Rauling. If you said  they would know her name is Raulings.
With all the confusion and wrong answers and all the debate, people should think long and hard before using names that end in s! It definitely adds some hassle to life. But you have to go with what you love I suppose!
