Positive OPK...?

Would you count this as a positive ovulation test?

We have been trying for our rainbow and I just threw away the 3rd box of negative pregnancy tests away yesterday. Period is due in two days but I started cramping yesterday. I never cramp before, only during my period. No spotting in sight. My period this month was a couple days shorter than usual so maybe I’m supposed to be having it now? But gosh, I’m so tired of buying tests and getting heartbroken. I’ll of course grab one tonight, but I figured I’d try this since I’ve read sometimes a positive opk could mean pregnancy.
