IUD messing up my period

I got my IUD in about 2-3 months ago and when I first got it I bled for about 3 weeks straight! (ugh).... Well since then my cycle is way longer than usual and it always makes me worried. Last month glow say I was like 13 days late then I finally got it. Now Glow says I’m 11 days late and still no period. This just makes me so nervous... Anyone else have longer cycles with the IUD or anything similar??
