When should I take Tylenol for fever? 14 weeks pregnant

I have a cold and have been running mild fevers of no more than 100.0 so far. I’m about to go to bed and my temp is currently 99.3. Is it safe to go to bed without taking anything? I would never normally take Tylenol for a temp of 99.3 but I’m afraid it’ll spike in the middle of the night.

No, you're pregnant,  you're basically an incubator,  you can't get too hot or too cold. Take the tylenol.

If your temp hasn’t been higher than 100, I wouldn’t take the Tylenol. Most doctors don’t even consider it a fever until it reaches 100.3. 
I personally try to avoid taking medication, especially while pregnant.
If your temp was higher, then maybe but not for a 99, especially not just because it MIGHT spike. 🤷🏻‍♀️
