Need help! 6 weeks, Super sick and desperate!

I’m 6 weeks today. I am super sick with body aches, bad head congestion, sore throat, and a very very low fever of 99.5. I haven’t been able to sleep for the past week despite it being the only thing I want to do. At this point the sleep is really impacting my a ability to kick this nasty cold away. Neither Benadryl nor melatonin has helped me sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions!!???? I wouldn’t normally go to the doc for this since I know things like this just need to run its course but this time around im in a different situation. I’m so anxious and worried about this effecting my pregnancy. Thanks for any advice! :(
