Excruciating pain in pregnancy after previous C-Section

I’m almost 4months pregnant (with baby #2) and today I have been in the most excruciating pain at the site of my previous c-section scar, It’s only been 8months since my last section and I’m very worried. Have contacted dr and midwife, they’ve both said it sounds like ligament pain and stretching. I can hardly walk!! Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any advice or any techniques I can try that might help with the pain?? Would love love your feedback, this is going to be a very long pregnancy if it doesn’t get better ( grateful for the blessing of course) 😕😅
