What’s the difference between Prenatal & Postnatal vitamins?

I’ve been taking these prenatal and I’m due in January. I’m down to the last of it & I’m wondering if I should buy a WHOLE NEW bottle of the same ones, since it also says postnatal. What’s the difference between the two anyways? 
The thing is- I was prescribed iron due to mild anemia last month, so I’ve also been taking that. Should I just finish up this bottle of pre/post natal vitamins and continue taking the iron til birth, then switch to a postnatal, or a vitamin that helps with lactation? Or should I get a whole new bottle of these and continue taking them from now and even postpartum?

Prenatal is before birth, postnatal is after birth. It is recommended to take your prenatals post birth for awhile, especially if you choose to breastfeed. So if you are due in Jan and you liked these, get another bottle and just continue taking them until it's gone.

I would just keep taking the same thing. If you're breastfeeding you need about the same amount of vitamins anyway.

Of the three different prenatals I have. They all say post natal as well. So I really don't think there is a difference. They are showing you its okay to take them postnatal as it is recommended.
