Severe PPA
Who can help me? My PPA is so severe I cant even function. I got help from my SO en mom with the household but sometimes that is not even enough. It doesn’t affect my baby but I can’t enjoy anything. The fear is overruling everything. Who can relate? What helped you? Thank you!
