Any one else scared?

I feel guilty because, if I’m being honest, I’m not excited. I’m scared. I’m scared for a lot of reasons, but I would have thought I’d also be excited. Is there anyone else that feels this way?

At first I was scared. VERY MUCH SO!
Then Somehow I was the most angry (I honestly don’t take anything to heart) person I ever meet. 
Then second trimester hit and I got excited. Just enough to feel happy and enjoy the summer!
Then third trimester hit. N at the beginning I was happy. Yes we made it! Then annoyed about all the things we needed to do and had no time for. N now the final week I’m back as being scared SHITLESS!!
Is a constant roller coaster of emotions. Take a day at a time and do not feel bad for any of the days you feel sad or scared. Is part of it. Your feelings are valid. Just one day at a time.

No totally normal. It took a long time for me to be excited.   Even though i had no history of problems I was so afraid to get excited Bc I was afraid to loose the baby.   I mean it was a good while after my 20 week ultrasound before i got truly excited.  I was just so scared

You're bringing a person into this world that is your responsibility, a person who you could potentially fuck up beyond saving. It's normal to be scared. In fact, I'd say it's a good thing. It means you care enough to worry you'll make the wrong choices, or fail. I would be very concerned for the child of a mother who thinks she can handle all of this no problem. Take a deep breath, have a cup of tea, or something calming, and tell yourself that as long as you feed it, snuggle it constantly, love it unconditionally, give it respect, and kindness, learn to admit your mistakes, ask for help when required, and don't beat it, you'll do amazing!

Yep I only found out yesterday I was pregnant and after a miscarriage last month I’m petrified it’s going to happen again 😔
