Human pacifier. Again. Any suggestions on what to do?

My LO is getting four upper teeth and is sick- fever on off 100ish, runny nose coughing low appetite.

I have been sick so I figured it’s a combo of him getting my cold and his teething. Lately we had been working on night weaning but now he just wants to suckle all night. I was up from 4-6 I gave in and let him nurse and after an hour I was like ok we are just hanging out on the boob we need to sleep ! He was so upset I took it away cried and cried I finally gave in and nursed on both sides on repeat til he slept 😞I feel like a human pacifier again and don’t know what to do. I need rest too my fever of 102 finally came down but I know him suckling all night can give me clogs and mastitis again too😣😣😣

When I’m not sick I was able to say no to all night nursing cuz I had energy to deal with the crying but right now I am so worn out and desperate to rest and recover myself
