Am i over reacting?

So I'm 18 still living with my boyfriends dad and girlfriend until our house is finished being built in March.

I had a very short pregnancy of 5 weeks before i lost my baby.

Nobody knew but my boyfriend and best friend.

My boyfriends dad and girlfriend found the test box in our bin in the room. When his dad came in to empty the bin. (He doesn't usually do this)

My boyfriends cousin on his mums side works with his dads girlfriend.

His dads girlfriend went into work and told his cousin she told the whole of his mums side that i may be pregnant.

I'm fuming that she has said anything as this is such a personal thing to me even tho they don't know of my loss it still shouldn't be discussed as this is mine and my patterns business nobody else's.

Or am i being stupid?
