Unusual discharge and cramps at 26w

As of right now I’m 26w 1d pregnant, this pregnancy has been pretty painful, I’ve had lots of cramps but they died down a little once in the second trimester. A few days ago I had some light pink discharge when I used the bathroom and abdominal pain. Today I had a darker red almost brown and their was more then last time, I’m having a lot of pressure and cramps. Just wondering if there was any other mommas out there that went through something similar and if I should call my doctor or not? I’m very nervous with this being my first pregnancy and being young.
