Appreciation post 💖😍

Just gotta throw some appreciation out here.

So last Tuesday i grabbed my son out of his crib and he was burning up. He had a fever of 102. I called in to work and took him to the doctor. He had a throat infection which was causing his fever. I ended up staying home with him wednesday and Thursday also. I didnt want to go to work until his temp stayed 99 or lower. Baby boy felt terrible and slept like 75% of the day and all night that week.

Almost every time i got off the couch snd tried to lay him in his crib, hed wake back up and cry. All he wanted was mommy snuggles. I was feeling guilty becuase all that time at home, i didnt stay caught up with laundry and dishes. I did little cleanup, vacumming, sweeping and cleaning his throw up. My boyfriend works two jobs, the second job he works three nights a week and on Saturday. Thursday night baby started feeling better and was up crawling around again. When his father got home we were all laying together on the couch and i passed out. I woke up after about an hour and neither of them were by me anymore. They were in the kitchen behind me and i heard my boyfriend talking to our son. He was kinda whining, and my boyfriend says "Hang on buddy. Let dad finish these dishes. Mommys tired from taking care of you all week, we need to do the dishes for her because she needs help too. Youre exhausting to keep an eye on." *baby squeals* "quiet baby, we need to let mommy sleep, she does a lot for you and lets daddy sleep at night so she has a lot to catch up on".

Ive never felt unappreciated by him but this melted my heart, i love this man with all my heart. 💖
