I was at my friends house and i was going out so i had on a dress which wasnt even revealing it was long sleeve and went down to my knees. And my friends dad  said you look sexy. And then a few weeks later i was back over at my friends house and he said to her that she looked sexy. Idk i find it so odd like my parents never said that to me. Idk if its like a common thing other people say to their kids, but i find it weird.

That's disgusting and honestly you need to protect yourself and not go there. I had a friend with a creepy dad when I was 14 or 15 and he would say similar things and send me things on MySpace... Showing my age... About being horney and kinky or whatever. This just reminds me of him and he ended up kissing one of my friends other friends on the mouth. Please stay away from that man.

That's definitely odd. I probably wouldn't go around that house  anymore. My mom's cousin in law said something similar about his daughter. She was in her prom dress and he said how good her boobs looked. It was so cringe worthy.
