Exhausted and want to work out
Ok so I’m just looking for recommendations because I know there’s healthy mommas out there that work out through their pregnancy. I am 12 weeks and all first trimester I came home from work (I’m a HS teacher) and wanted to knock out by 7pm completely EXHAUSTED. Like literally my eyes would just shut and I couldn’t help it. I have a 2 yr old boy who keeps me on my toes too! Plus all the house chores and what not. You mommas know. So I can’t seem to find the time to exercise even less the energy. However I wanna know if there’s any tips or natural stuff any of you take for energy or a boost.
Before I was pregnant I was using the replacement shakes and an exercise booster but I can’t use those now. HELP!
I don’t want to get as fat as I was with my first pregnancy 😞
